The Rejesha Project exists to break the cycle of prostitution in Nairobi.
Our goal is to restore hope and dignity to women and girls working as sex workers in Nairobi. Where possible, we offer alternative work solutions to women and girls wishing to leave prostitution either through skills training, micro-entrepreneurship and/or jobs.
A group of dedicated volunteers go out every other Saturday evening to reach out to female sex workers on the streets of Nairobi.
We enable women wishing to permanently leave prostitution to do so either through supported access to formal jobs/training or micro-entrepreneurship.
